While at the cake tasting in preparation for her wedding reception, Judy, a self=proclaimed “Jew-ish” woman, tastes a piece of apple cake and is immediately catapulted back in time to her life as a thirteen-year-old preparing for her dreaded bat mitzvah in a reverse 13 going on 30 Jewish nightmare.
